We sell only the highest quality work. However, due to the handcrafted nature of the items sold, some variations may occur. This uniqueness is part of what makes them so special.

We never sell our mailing lists and all information given is strictly confidential.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted for payment.
All "Shop Online" items are shipped to you directly from the artist. Items from different artists in the same web order will be shipped separately. Shipping and handling charges are calculated separately for each artist. If you would like to order any particular piece in quantity (10 or more of a single item), please call 1-866-406-7227 for quantity charge and shipping information.
For most items ordered, shipping time will be between 2 to 4 weeks of order. Some items may ship sooner (within 1-2 days of order).
Items will only be shipped within the Continental U.S. If you require shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1-866-406-7227 for additional charge and shipping information. Items will not be shipped to international destinations.
All items will be shipped by UPS ground or US Postal service. If you require expedited shipping service, please call 1-866-406-7227 for additional charge and shipping information.
We have much more work in our gallery than is shown on our website. If you wish to order an item from a particular artist, please let us know. We will check our current stock for availability or will call the artist directly to inquire about it. We gladly accept custom orders for many of our artists. Some limitations do apply. A 50% deposit is required when placing the order, with the balance due prior to shipping. Custom orders, which the artist makes especially for you, CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns or refunds may be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns for store credit or exchange may be made within 30 days of receipt. No credit, refund, or exchange will be given after 30 days from receipt. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling The Purple Pomegranate(1-866-406-7227). Return Authorization numbers must be marked clearly on the return box. Returns received without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All returns must be in original condition, carefully packed, and shipped via insured carrier. Credit card purchases will be credited the day we receive the item back. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Internet orders are generally processed within an hour or two of the time they are placed. As a result, it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel your order, email us immediately AND call the store (1-866-406-7227). If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to cancel it.
If your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately (1-866-406-7227). Hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by us. The damage may need to be inspected by the shipping company. Your refund will be made as soon as verification from the shipping company is received.
If you have not received your package in 10 days following email notification of shipment, please call us. We will track the package through the shipping company. If the package is lost, your refund will be made as soon as verification from the shipping company is received.
